Hi,,im very young and because of an injury ended up in a nursing home ,,,well ive been getting the 40 mg ER ( STOP SIGNS)Opanas 3 TID until YESTERDAY i was given the New formula,,welp,,im dope sick,sneezing,cramps,chills you name it...i dont understand why???? Granted i was using hose clamp on the others snorting getting a buzz now NOTHING doesnt even control my back pain...is there ANYWAY around this?? These pills are junk and even with perc 10's for breakthrough and 4 xanax bars daily im feeling nothing....thank for :?
 
Exactly which Opanas are you talking about? They have reformulated OpanaER many times. Are you having this issue with the new generics, or what? If you can, post a picture, or at least tell us the imprint, and we might get this sorted.
 
I was getting the original stop sign er 40's now the round ones slightly endented with E on one side & 40 on the other..they are brand and turn to nothing but a glue like gum substance .
 
They JUST switched you?? Anyway, well yeah lol if you were snorting them and now you're actually using them as they're intended to be used of course you're going to be dope sick....

Is there anyway around it? Well, you could try suboxone or methadone, that would help you with your withdrawals but, I'm not sure how they would do for YOUR pain..ALSO DON'T MIX EITHER OF THESE WITH YOUR OPANAS.

If you would just get through your dope sickness the drugs WILL be able to ease/kill your pain, but you would just have to wait this out. I can only see you having to be sick 3-7 days.

You can also check out this thread for a little help with the wd's. IME it def. works.

Also as far breaking the new ones down for intranasal(snorting) use, I've done it and it works if you follow the instructions exactly but they are never as good as the old opanas. Although they are def. more effective snorting than eating.

Edit: I'm not sure about using the ped, I always used a dremel.
