Here I am. Been on for a few weeks just started posting. So this is my intro. Ice and lysergic mind space is where I enjoy traveling most often. The ice has taken me on a hell ride. Demon pipes, demon whores and I became a demon child myself. Fucking people over hardcore. If you weren't with me then you were against me and if your against me stay out of the way of old self. I try to live life a little different now. Jails, prisons, programs, tired of the shit. Only thing left is death and I enjoy hanging out amongst humans. (I have the soul of a demon so I can never die anyways)

I suggest visiting this thread about Mindfullness meditation, it's very well written and meditation is such a ìn extremely useful tool to deal with this kind of stuff.
Here is also an entire sub-forum dedicated to Sober Life and Recovery in general, with lots of good people in your same situation and wiling to help.
