Newbie intro

Been on Ativan for years and docs are refusing to increase tho I'm clearly going thru w/d due to reaching tolerance. Been hospitalized a few times due to w/d attempts either w docs or in rehab. Not sure what to do.

I would recommend finding a detox where you can safely withdraw from the benzos. You say you have been hospitalized, is this because you have tried to quit them on your own/cold turkey? If so, perhaps the hospital is the place to start if your wd symptoms are that severe.
