Make sure you check out the forums - Cannabis Discussion really focuses on weed, and then there's Basic Drug Discussion and Other Drugs that'll have quite a bit of info. Also the Recovery Support Forums have a lot of folks suffering from chronic pain conditions and you'll probably find some useful info or get some good advice there too.
