Hey, newbie to this forum. I am a meth user that only uses on weekends when I have to work late shifts. I usually only ingest and never smoked. I guess that?s uncommon from what I am told. Hoping to make friends and I guess for support to make sure I only keep using on the weekend.

Hello, welcome. Meth has been my number 1 DOC for 16 years. I began my journey smoking it, 5 years ago I started IVing. I don't consider myself a junky, I took a 2 year break and have recently been dibbling and dabbling for a month. I'm a high functioning addict. I only use on specific days during specific hours in order to maintain physique, mental state, go to work on time and be effective there, and always eat and sleep EVERY night. Ingesting it is the safest route of administration. You get things done, your focused, you don't get the addictive rush that's common with other ROAs. I once heard the difference between igesting and injecting is if you ingest you get everything done, if you inject the only thing you get done is the shot.
I've done it every way that possible, each way offers it's own different high. Stick to eating or parachuting it if you want to use only on the weekends. Tolerance will build up, regardless of how you take it, so be careful. If you get to the point where it's turned into a bad habit and need tips quitting I've been through it and am glad to help!
Welcome to the BL community!

Hey Rayne13, welcome to Bluelight.

I too am a binger, and it's nice to take a week tolerance break. That said, you're not doing yourself any favors by continuing using, aside from the disinhibited focus that it provides. Relying on a drug to get things done never ends well, because you will eventually want to quit once you see your heart suffer or gums recessing and it's better to just learn to do the tasks sober so that you can make decisions with clear judgement.

Not trying to preach, but BL is a great place to talk openly about drug use without being judged. I just felt I had to share this with you, and maybe it was a projection of my own desire to quit, but either way I hope you stay safe :)

Peace.
