Hi all , have been on this site for a while now as a lurker , love reading everyone's experiences and thought it was about time I join up to share my own

Are there many people from Gold Coast around here ? I have just moved into area and finding it hard to meet new people as I struggle with anxiety , I am a extremely shy and quiet person that would love to hear feedback on how to meet new people when dealing with this anxiety .
