Hello All! I'm a newb to this forum and wanted to introduce myself (howdoyadooo!)

I'm a female from (well not from but living in) NYC :) I own a gym in Manhattan but don't let that sway the vision of me lol. I definitely enjoy being healthy, but also enjoy bouts of non-healthy habits =D

I just joined the site because I am always conscious of my health and my choices, and how they affect my health... I value the notion of "being informed" and feel like this is a great place to ask questions, and if I can, answer questions so that I, You, and Your Best Friend/Family Member etc can enjoy party favors responsibly

Aaaaand also... There are a pant load of abbreviations up in here lol... I get many but not all... So much for this new girl to learn... Searching for a dictionary-of-BL-abbreviations thread in 3-2-1... =D

hello and wow you own a gym? you must be a billionaire
Lol hi! And not even sort of. I opened about a year ago... And am just now able to pay myself. I, over the last year, even though I thought I understood how finances go in the first year of a new biz, told myself a million times - why did I do this? I was making so much more $$ before I opened a studio! Ahhhh... Growing pains. Growing pains self-medicated with some substances... Whiiiiich is why I'm here lol

Since you own a gym op. You should post nudie pics of yourself in teh nudie section of the lounge! I would love to see what a female's body looks like under those tight workout pants/shorts. =D

Do you have any business management notions? Don't worry I'm not pushing anything on you I'm involved in a very different line of business. Just curious :)

Welcome. New here as well. If you don't mind me asking, what are your 'party favors' of choice. My favs are marijuana and shrooms. Years ago I had awesome ecstasy hookup, moved 8yrs ago, haven't found any since. Being bipolar, I am currently on the natural high of hypomania, self induced. Tired of being zonked out by the Seroquel. Hope you enjoy the site. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like.

Yes, I do... if I understand you correctly. I have a business management protocol, which is being revised on an ongoing basis, as I was very new to owning an actual "space" when I opened... and am now just starting to get legs, so as I go... I learn... and I revise lol. Before I opened the studio, I only owned my own personal training business as a single owner with a few trainers working for me in a rented space. I know a lot about the PT business from the standpoint of a Master Trainer, but knew not much of how to run a "gym" when I opened. I fell upon an opportunity to purchase a studio for cheaper than I would probably ever find - always wanted my own space - had been planing to figure out how to open one - was somewhat stumped on how I would raise enough $$ to do so - then happened upon a deal I couldn't refuse... so was in a "sink or swim" situation... and I learned how to swim :-)

SO.... yes, as I learn, the management plan changes.

Does that answer your question? :?

Hi! You're completely on the other side of the country from me- how are the party favors in the big apple? =)
