Newbie - Did I take too much?

Cliff notes version of use last 3 years...all recreational.

every morning - 20mg adderral, 20mg percocet, 10mg norco
around 4 pm - 20mg percocet, 10mg norco, 2 drinks
Sometimes on weekends, up to 6 percocets, 4 norco and 30mg adderral
30mg tamezapam evry nite to sleep

went to doc today (have shingles) so he gave me 10mg morphine (quanity 40)

Last 24 hours have taken five 10mg percs, 2 norco, 30mg adderall and one 10mg tamezapam and 4 of the 10mg methadone. nodding but feel wide awake!!!! Haven't slepped the past 24 hrs but feel ok...vision is kind of blurry and can't focus at all,.....took me 15 minutes to type this.

Am I ok???? lots of:mixing"

I probably don't have to tell you why you shouldn't mix downers and uppers... It seems to me like you have a serious problem if you've truly been using adderall, percocet, norcodeine, ethanol and temazepam every day for three years.
I don't know how you should proceed. Cold turkey would probably be literally unendurable. If I were you, I'd seek professional help.
 
Your response caught me off-guard. Today was the first time I've taken the Methadone (and not that crazy about it, so when the shingles go away, no refill.

I'm quite satisifed with my old "routine"....20 mg percocet, 10 mg norco and 20 mg adderall in the am. While I realize I'm new....after poking around for a bit, I feel like my routine is quite tame compared to most.
 
If the question is are you ok Im sure you are for now I would not take that much everyday.But of course Its your choice I would say slowing down on at least one would be a good idea.

maybe im missing something (doesnt happen often, LOL) but where the hell did you get ethanol from?? percs arent really downers, as they act as stims when you dose, then later on they make you nod (if dose is high enough). Idk where you got the ethanol from, unless he deleted it from his OP.

your routine seems rather subtle than most i have seen on here, but it still doesnt mean that its ok. I take 60-90mgs of oxycodone a day, and although its killing my wallet at NO PRICES a pill most of the time, i know my addiction is getting worse. but this aint about me, maybe you should slow down on the uppers&downers, if not for yourself, or your wallet (idk ur financial situation), but maybe for your heart? (not in the gay way,) up'ers & down'ers simultaneously is havoc on your heart (not like heroin & meth at same time but you know where im gettin at), but still just not good for it. youll get heart palpitations, your heart skips a beat, or spas out.. just be careful man, poly-addiction can be very dangerous (not really that bad in your case), especially if the 2 chemicals are (i cant think of the word, so:) working against each other, if that makes sense?

sorry it took so long, we ended up leaving, and i forgot to hit 'Submit Reply' soo, lol. but i did end up going off on some dumb bitch who refused to sell cigs to my girl (who is 20, 21 in 4 weeks) because her ID is a few years old, out of state (so fucking what, its an OHIO id, and we live in florida- a fucking tourist state), and she looks like shes 17/18 (5ft, 100lbs)

But where im getting at, is bro you just gotta be careful mixing stims with opiates/misc downers.
these arent big time downers though, 20-30mg of opiates isnt such a big deal, but when mixed with adderall it could get bad. also i wouldnt drink on opiates (easy to get sick, at least drinking on H will make you hug the toilet for awhile)..

We can't tell you whether you are okay or not just through what you told us you took. If you are up and on the computer typing this, it's obvious you're "okay". But other then that, we can't tell you much.
