Hi everyone I am new to do this site !! I got a lot of info when i would looks stuff up online from this site. I need some help and advice I am getting ready to go thru h withdrawal and I am so scared becuz I have to work still has anyone worked and went thru w/d if so can u please share how I can do this w/o going totally crazy ! I can direct you to a sub-forum where you can seek help with quitting your addiction.

I personally have gone to work many times during withdrawals, and the most advice I can give you is try to stay nice and hydrated. Take immodium if your bowel movements are obstructing your work progress. Maybe drink some tea if you can hold it down.

I suggest you check out Sober Living, and inquire there for some assistance.
