look solid brother - get your back wider and you will set off that whole frame real proper !

Squat 405x5 last night. That's a 70+ increase from when I started the test cycle. I was also feeling pretty good.

At what weight would you guys use a belt? I've been building up core strength for several months. I don't want to snap my back.

PA your back is very similar to mine - I fucking love having a big wide back - sets off EVERYTHING. I couldn't see from the front pic - looking real mean with that taper brother.

I always wear it w/deadlifts - not squats - with squats i like to have the pressure on my core , but i wrap my knees heavy now , both need to be scoped :(.

a belt increases intrapleural pressure allowing you to lift more weight. but if you are already practicing correct form it won't do you any extra favours in terms of safety.

I ran 10K the other evening in chilly weather, that felt like a goal in and of itself without even reaching for it, I had done 8K a few times before but I was just further from home this time. Only stopped for traffic too.

Leg day tommorow! I'll see what my new numbers are after hopping into the old routine that I put down for the past few months.

I think a decline bench might help with rotator cuff and positioning problems I have, I'll start super light and see if the stress when I rack it is the same. I can still do a flat bench but not for grit like I can with bicep excersizes or pull ups. I'm not sure why but a flat bench with dumbbells is much better for my shoulder, I suppose its because my hands can move at any angle instead of being locked into one place. kind of the opposite effect of a smith machine which I think would exacerbate my problem by the worst degree straining your range of motion into that unmovable lock, which I feel is what hurts me with the bench . I should add in some incline and decline dumbbell presses anyways the flat ones and floor ones are getting old.

I've just about always had troubles with BB bench pressing. I do it every now and then put I feel more (and feel less pain) from DB pressing. Like you said - you can move your hands around. I rarely felt anything from BB benching (pump-wise) other than shoulder pain. I'm not sure why it's the "king of determining your measure as a man".

I dont get it either, although it did feel good to finally put up 225 last year. When I started lifting my max was 110 LOL. How well you perform with a snatch is truly the mark of manliness =D I don't work shoulders or chest more than once a week or so nowadays because I got shoulda fragility issues like the rest of us, sux hardcore man.

word man..I always LOVED any type of pulling movement and found that back day was always my strongest day

I measure my manliness by my squat number and feeling, who cares about arms and delts and chest when the REAL testosterone in surging through your legs!, squat 205 for reps with no issue, i'm still warming up but it just feels like that number is gonna soar before it plateaus, I get so excited for lower body day! arms are easy to grow, legs take GRIT! lol jk

That was meant to say "Time to take the rest of the year off".

...but yeah. I've had large jumps in strength. My cycle (as far as jabs go) is over. I have another week before I start PCT. The whole thing went waay too fast. I can't believe I have to wait 14 weeks before another go.

dude what the fuck...fill us in on your first cycle experience :D:D...

Some people, like myself, have yet to pin and run a real AAS cycle...

Side effects, lifts, appetite, testes, etc...lets hear it

My new years goals fucking changed due to the ACL , and my back spasms.

Still want to pull 575.

Would like to be around 235-240 at about 8% bf highest. Starting cutting CURRENTLY.

It's tough when you are just swimming , doing physical therapy for 6 weeks. But my diet, the elevated HGH , GHRP2 , and IGF1Lr3 will all help me recover quicker... and carry nicely to my cutting cycle.
I don't run for a given set of time - because i never come off test I run and use a mirror. When I'm where I want, then I go back to a cruising dose of test.

Supertest 450 mg / ml 1/3 cc x 3 shots week
Sustanon 250 mg / ml , 1cc x 3 shots week
masteron x 100mg eod
tren e - 400mg every week
*tricky part*
this is simply how my body works well, even while cutting, I will run for first 6 weeks 25mg anadrol and 15mg naposin dianabols.
^ haha nothin tricky it's just a blend lol, that works well no matter how i diet (granted much better on 5500 cals)
Near the end of the cycle (last 2 weeks) I will run anavar @ 30mg and winstrol at 50mg

HGH at 4ius ed, GHRP2 100 x 3 mcg ed , IGF1LR3 50mcg ed (.6ml acetic acid = win) , andddddd me n my trainer are figuring out my slin schedule.

Also - t3 about 6 weeks in after initial orals stop , and clen (i don't go higher than 140 personally) - just because my body has been hating ephedrine (no idea why) so no ECA.

If I don't see what I want, with my diet and this cycle, I will use DNP for 10 days , dosing already figured and capped. But I'm avoiding it like the plague. So goal would be 240, 8% - no bullshit bodyfat percentages either, im talking water tub.
