Add weight and strength. I don't have to worry about fat because I have a ridiculous metabolism, but of course that makes it harder to add weight.
If I stay consistent and my diet is good, look into something like ostarine, anavar (though I have no source I can trust now) or s-4. Possibly Epistane. The fucking PCT and side effects is the thing that alway freaks me out (as it should). Playing with your hormones is some serious shit.
Obviously if I do not stay totally sober then this is worth nothing. That is my number one priority.
When I was using all my lifting was done for others/vanity. Now I am doing it for myself to keep me physically and mentally healthy. I am seeing much better results now and my diet is so much better. Alcohol and other drugs were really hurting me gainwise.
