Okay so this isn't about aas or prohormones, but I figured this would be as good a place as any to ask this.
So I just started a new workout schedule and have been on it for a week, it involves two circuits.
The firs circuit is a plate workout, I do:
Tricep overhead extension
bent over row
head orbit
body orbit
military press
high pull
and two plate lifts that work the shoulders, tris, bi's, and back, but I don't know what they're called
and lunges
(different order every time, but I normally do all of them)
and the second circuit works a specific muscle group, it's normally 4 to 5 excercises.
I do this all in 30-45 minutes
I do three sets of each till fail. It's a gnarly workout and I feel like it's already getting me more ripped.
My schedule for this is four days on three days off, and I'll throw a good leg and cardio workout in if I feel like going an extra day. What do you guys think about this? Opinions? Criticisms?
