Okay so I joined about 2 days ago and I have posted a few threads about how much of a drug to take and people say not to ask this as Bluelight is for harm reduction purposes and stuff. My question is can I still post and talk about doing drugs and stuff cause I see lots of threads like this. Also can I write reports of drugs and post them? I know there is probably a rule page but I can't find it, I want a forum where I can talk about all drugs and experiences, can Bluelight do this for me? Thanks.

Sorry for the delayed response, sure you can post your experiences and they are very much appreciated!

I don't know if I understand exactly what you mean by "post and talk about doing drugs", but I'm pretty sure the section you're looking for is Drug Culture.
This site is mainly about harm reduction but in the section I mentioned above you can talk about how high you are, what drugs have you done recently etc., basically more light hearted discussion without having to discuss harm reduction only.
