Interesting read, especially for ADHD kids and/or people who want to do super well in school and work.

I'm currently prescribed R-Modafinil (the right handed isomer of Modafinil.) Feel free to ask me anything about the substance that you want. I was thinking about starting an R-Modafinil thread in Other Drugs because I can't currently find one there, and I feel like this may be of interest to some because school just started for a lot of people.

I dont find modafanil to be toxic or speedy feeling at all. I have exactly one experience with armodafanil. I took 250mg because I hadnt slept the previous night and it was the most terrible of happenings. I literally thought I was going to have a heart attack. But there were other factors involved, so I cannot solely blame the drug.

What dose do you take I B? How do you compare it to modafanil?

I am going back to college soon, and I get distracted easily. I don't have ADD or ADHD, but I have a disorder that causes me to be preoccupied about certain things.

Everytime I have tried adderal or ritalin as a way to help me focus on schoolwork, it has always been too speedy and I become distracted.

My questions to you I B, is; How would you compare modafinil to adderal or ritalin in the context of studying, or completing tasks? Does it cause you to have anxiety when you take it?
