Hi there and welcome to the site.

We have a section called 'The Dark Side' - Support, links and general advice about psychological and emotional problems resulting from drug use/abuse, mental health, and other every day issues.

I'm not sure that is what your looking for so there are a number of Harm Reduction threads around the site - just check to your drug of choice and there will probably be a section covering it. Meth is normally covered in our 'Other drugs' forum but you will see threads about it all over the place.
