Old habits need to die! I'm on day 5 off methadone/heroin, longest I've been clean in like 7 years. I hit rock bottom so I guess I would use if I could but I'm happy that I'm finally killing this demon. Any cold turkey survivals on here? I need advice like the easiest cheapest way not going insane! I just don't know how people cold turkey this shit! I consider myself a pretty strong fella and I'm struggling hard
