Hello, my name is Vito. I am 18 years old about to be 19, 6ft tall, and currently about 160 pounds. I have played soccer my whole life and was never really into weighttraining until recently. I would like to reach 210 pounds by the time I'm 20. So I'm going to give myself one whole year to gain 50 pounds. It doesn't have to be pure muscle, I am okay with gaining a little fat.
Do not tell me that I can't gain 50 pounds in one year because I know I can with the use of supplements and I am okay with using supplements but I don't want to use anything that will permanently damage my body or that is illegal.
What should I do for eating?
What supplements should I use?
What program should I use for weightlifting?
*I am okay with taking any supplements except for anything illegal or anything that will permanently mess my body up. Money is not an issue.
*I also would like a supplement that will tremendously increase my appetite because I am somewhat of a weak eater.
