Hello, my name is Vito. I am 18 years old about to be 19, 6ft tall, and currently about 160 pounds. I have played soccer my whole life and was never really into weighttraining until recently. I would like to reach 210 pounds by the time I'm 20. So I'm going to give myself one whole year to gain 50 pounds. It doesn't have to be pure muscle, I am okay with gaining a little fat.

Do not tell me that I can't gain 50 pounds in one year because I know I can with the use of supplements and I am okay with using supplements but I don't want to use anything that will permanently damage my body or that is illegal.

What should I do for eating?

What supplements should I use?

What program should I use for weightlifting?

*I am okay with taking any supplements except for anything illegal or anything that will permanently mess my body up. Money is not an issue.

*I also would like a supplement that will tremendously increase my appetite because I am somewhat of a weak eater.

Gallon of milk a day will do nicely. Full of proteins, easy to drink in large quantities and cheap.

Edit: didn't even notice the second part of your question. The program at stronglifts.com is pretty decent, although very similar to the starting strength program. However, you'd really need to buy the book for Starting Strength, whereas stronglifts has a decent set of guides and a quite helpful forum. It'll certainly help you get big very fast (if you drink your milk!)

Program: Starting Strength. Look it up.
Diet: 3000 calories with 200 grams of protein per day, at the very least. Rest of your cals should come from dietary fats (Oil, fish, nuts) and complex carbs (Brown rice, Oatmeal)
Supps: Whey protein powder if you're finding it difficult to reach your minimum protein intake, fish oil for joints and health and that's it.

Weight gain, I suggest optimum nutritions serious mass, Creatine and protein are the only legal supps worth your money.
Eat like a horse, lots of carbs + protein, little bit of fat, eat, eat, eat...

Learn to squat and deadlift.
bingo.learn the 4 major lifts...squats,deadlifts,push presses or military presses and flat bench barbell, not db's.eat like you've never eaten before, consume good amounts of protein and carbs right after a w/o and eat, eat, eat.let the other guys in the gym do the pretty shit.they're trying to put icing on the cake before it's even baked yet.get those movements down, strenth up,study different routines and eat.food, the most anabolic substance on the planet.at your age...ooofah,i'd kill to go back and redo this shit.

yup, if you don't bench, squat, or deadlift, you'll never be strong.

consume at least 1 gram of protein per pound (of body weight). never eat soy protein.

fancy protein and supplements are usually crap unless they're designer/gray area products...

i've also gotten some good natural gains off of insulin dieting (eating high-sugar foods ONLY after a work out).

READ. just read, go online and look up the basics on strength training.

be very patient, especially if you're going the natural route

that's basically all you need to know

just stick to whey protein for supps, maybe a multi. try to get 1g of protein to 1 pound of body weight. your 160lbs so you would take in 160g of protein. if you feel its necessary for a pre workout give jack3d or craze a shot.

+1 on the squat and dead lift, they are excellent lifts! i personally use a 5 day split i do chest/back/shoulders/legs/arms whatever you do do NOT neglect your legs, they are very important!
