New to tramadol! Safe for me to take? reccomended dose?

I have a bunch of tramadol that I just want to give a try. I know they lead to seizures but from my understanding that's in higher doses and extended use. I want to make sure I'll be safe because I've been taking a good amount of adderall and a little bit of nuvigil. Would it be a risk to do a little experimentation with the tramadol today? And if so, how much?

(I know there is already info on tramadol out there by I couldn't find any about if stimulant use would increase any risks with tramadol.)

And if it helps, I took 250mg nuvigil yesterday and 50mg of adderall the day before.

Try take 50mg every 45 minutes until you hit 150mg, then autotitrate from there, making sure to stagger your doses for best conversion to ODT.

generally they come in 50mg tablets, I wouldn't take anymore then 6 daily...........
