Hello! I am currently taking a long list of medications and I was wondering if any of you knew any interactions I would have between them and some of them are
starting not to be as potent so I have to take more, so I need to know if I am taking too much also ^_^

Tramadol 50mg- I take 5 a day
Oxycodon7.5-325- I take 4-5 a day
Lamictal150mg- once a day
klonopin0.5mg twice a day
Neurontin800mg every six hours
Zoloft200mg- every morning
Risperdal2mg at bedtime
Imitrex50mg as needed
Topamax25mg every morning
Vitamin D1000 I.U every morning
Vitamin B 100 Complex100mg every morning

I take these every day and get worried of an overdose, bad chemical mixture, dying like Heath Ledger or something lol...i am exactly 6 foot and weight 265 lbs ( i don't know if that has anything to do with it)
Any information would be greatly appreciated...please no "Go ask your doctor" because sometimes I just don't trust them :( THANK YOU! <3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3

You should really ask your doctor this question.

NASADD --> BDD

Tommyboy nailed it.. presumably your doctor knows every drug you are on? If you are prescribed them and take them as directed then try not to worry.. I appreciate you don't trust your doc, and as I don't know what your doc is like I can't speculate as to their competence.. but they have been to medical school and generally your own doctor is far more likely to be able to answer this sort of query than asking random internet peeps.. you could get a second opinion if you don't trust your current doctor?

I notice you are on risperidone, which is sometimes prescribed for people who worry a lot, or are mistrusting, or paranoid.. not trying to say you shouldn't be wary and double check stuff, but with such a lot of meds you are clearly quite a complex person and I think that you should trust the experts over anything we say...

Have you been on this combo long? Noticed any side effects? If you are taking the regularly you aren't at risk of suddenly dying from an OD.

I'll try to look for any obvious interactions tomorrow if you really want, but as I said am wary of encouraging you to take our word over your doctors..

Hope you understand where I am coming from <3

edit: ps amended your title for clarity, hope that is okay!

Pharmacists actually are the ones to ask about interactions. Doctors, when prescribing, often just consult the PDR (physician's desk reference), basically a catalog of pharmaceuticals, with basic information on dosing. Pharmacist's duties consist almost exclusively of monitoring risks in the combinations of dispensed medications.

Hey OP. I'm going to close this thread as it is not the prerogative of BL members to look up every drug you are taking and comment on possible interactions. Feel free to ask in OD on how certain medication types interact and also get back to us on your doctor's comments on your own medical treatment if you feel like it.

Please PM me with any questions or cocerns about this closure.
