New to the site but new to the lifestyle

Hello, 31 yrs old and have tried a wide variety of of items. Party life style for 16 years with a somewhat slow progression...from smoke green to snorting pills/herion and final phase of IV use. Came to the site to learn, listen and discuss problems, situations and any topics that benefits. Over this 16 year period there have been quite few years of sobriety and time spent in rehab, counseling and even jail...welcome in and all a dive given.. positive and already knowing some maybe negative...the ultimate goal for a 31 yr old who has tried just about every hardcore substance there is...and over the last 16 years it's best to be smart about your use and ultimately your addiction...so with the said...looking for different options/ thoughts/tips/ guildlines that other may have... also please can someone tell what and how one should speak when posting on the site, don't want to break rules. Cheers!

Hi, Great question. Welcome to the site.

Just be yourself in the way you speak through writing on the forum within the guideline rules etc. You seem to be dong fine thus far.

I also have been in tx, did counseling - the works starting with green ending with H when I joined..

Anyways, I relate and hope you enjoy the site. Thanks for making an intro!
