I'm new in Sydney, not originally from AU, and I had it in my head that I would just go down to King's Cross and try to get a fix, but all I know is the terms and the packaging from back home...I don't want to look like an idiot saying "a jab" for 10 bags if it turns out that they're sold by weight and not by individual bags.
Has anyone else had a problem, what did you do when you were somewhere new and really needed to find something but had no clue where to begin, other than feeling like an idiot waiting outside a needle exchange hoping to meet someone nice.
