2 side effects to MDMA
1. helps you sweat like an olympic sweat champion, especially when dancing lots...if this happens you need to hydrate, preferably at least hourly - I go for 1 x small bottle of water per hour when dancing / sweating. You should also be aware that you will be diluting your electrolytes, and you could suffer from water intoxication which can become fatal, see:-

2. stops you sweating totally....you've been told it makes you sweat, so you think you are dehydrated and start drinking...more and more...still not sweating...there's a chance that you might not actually be involved in exercise, therefore not sweating anyway...but you've been told, you must drink lots of water whilst taking these 'dangerous' drugs...so you do....

This is kind of an either/or situation and you need to be aware of both to sensibly manage your experience. also be aware of your electrolytes too. There are drinks that help, balanced electrolytes if you feel you can't eat....personally I learned the skill of being able to eat NO MATTER what I'm on
~be careful, mindful - don't binge, it ain't alcohol. Low doses can give beautifully subtle effects - you do not need to be unaware of wtf is going on around you to have a good time
