New to Peru

I have recently discovered that adderall is not sold in Peru.

What would be a suggestion to a person that lives here now and needs this med after using it for several years? It is not practical to travel to the states every few months.

Is there any known black market in S.A. for it?

Are there any known alternatives that are available here?

Ah...the direct approach! Excellent suggestion.

It will take a minor attitude adjustment for me--I am used to being furtive in coke queries--such as they were-- and open in my prescribed drug searches.

Concerta ( S.R. Ritalin) is available here, along with Straterra, but I have never felt any effect from either. Adderall gives an actual calming feeling to the ADHD sufferer, but also includes an initial jolt of 'howyadoin!' just to let you know it is there.

I would surely take ritalin if it had an effect, but I know I would pine for the jolt... :D

AFAIK adderall isnt manufactured south of the U.S...I've seen plenty of pharmacy stock lists from mexico and south america and they always have ritalin as the sole ADD drug. Also given the prevalence of coke I doubt there's much of an underground amphetamine/meth scene. If you really have ADD your best bet would be to try to get a script in the US and bring it back with you every couple months.
