HI new member and new to oxy, Have used 10mg twice in the last few weeks.
So last night after a long bus trip i needed to get my head down and took 30mg of diazapam, which i use about once a week on and off.
Now it'll be almost 20+hrs later, I'd like to dose 10mg of instant release oxy.
Is this safe, Im not desperate enough to be high so if its at all iffy ill give it a miss.
Any informed thoughts and responses, would be appreciated?

30 mg of valuim is a pretty high dose and the use of benzos plus opioids is a highly dangerous activity. However with that said, the effects of valuim last anywhere from 12-24 hours.. I would say if you're no longer feeling the effects from the valuim, you should be in the clear to dose your oxy. Never take them at the same time and the general rule of thumb is to wait 24 hours. 10mg of oxy is a fairly small dose, so you should be good. Stay safe and it was a very smart and responsible decision to ask before dosing, props bud and welcome to bluelight!

Just for future reference, basic drug questions belong in the 'basic drug discussion' forum, I'll move it there for you. I'll leave a link in Other Drugs so you can find it easier.

Thanks man, appreciate the quick response. think 'll wait till another day still feel a little benzoy.

You're pretty much within the realm of safety man. You are very, very unlikely to overdose on this combination. We have to be safe and always err on the side of caution, but in reality, this really isn't dangerous. You're observing all of the rules of Harm Reduction by being concerned over the combination, but these dosages are still on the mild-side. This is especially true considering you took the Diazepam (Valium) a full day prior. Diazepam has some long-lasting metabolites, sure, but this doesn't mean it lasts for days. Most of the appreciable effects will be gone within hours, especially if you only use it acutely like you've indicated.

The worst that will happen is that you might get overly drowsy, but you're not going to die from respiratory depression.
