New to opiods seeking advice regarding Hydrocodone/ Homatropine syrup.

I'm new to opiods and haven't really done much in drugs other than weed. Recently about a month ago i took a higher dose of Hydrocodone/chlorpheniramine and well now im here. At the moment i have a bottle of hydrocodone/homatropine syrup (was hoping for hydrocodone/chlorphen) i've been all over google and other forums looking up the homatropine and haven't really gotten any conclusive information. Some of what i have read said that the homatropine was in there to make a rather terrible experience if one was taking the syrup to get high and others have said it enhances it. (warning chemistry and science has never been something im good at). any info would be awesome regarding prescription opiods at all i want to learn all i can, but at the moment specifically this.

little background on the other syrup i've taken before 20ml of it gets me feeling really good with vivid dreams when i finally decide to sleep. the next morning i still feel almost drunk till noon or later.
 
The vivid dreams and the hangover are normal. Taking a substantial amount more could easily give much worse side effects than that though.

Homatropine is solely included in the syrup to discourage people from taking very much of it, as homatropine can have nasty side effects in higher doses.

Homatropine is an anticholinergic, it blocks the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. It is similar to atropine but not as strong. The vast majority of people find higher doses of anticholinergics highly unpleasant, but the odd strange person might like them (*someone will probably pop up in this thread saying they enjoy anticholinergic deliriants, but they are the rarity IME), and maybe combined with the hydrocodone makes it a bit more bearable. When a significant amount is taken you can get anticholinergic syndrome (<-check out the immense list of effects), which can be terrible and dangerous, but I think you would have to be drinking a ton of the syrup to actually get serious effects like seizures, coma, and death. Even when not life-threatening, not my idea of a good time though.

Sensitivity to homatropine varies greatly, like some people will say they went way over the recommended dose of the syrup and felt fine and others will get very sick from doses within the recommended maximum dose.

What are the quantities in your syrup? These syrups normally contain in each 5ml (1 tsp) 5mg hydrocodone and 1.5mg homatropine. Atropine is incapacitating at doses over ~10mg. Homatropine is supposed to be about 1/5 to 1/10 as potent as atropine, so I would assume you would have to take 50-100mg of it for it to be "incapacitating". If a bottle of syrup contains 473 ml then that would be ~142mg of homatropine. So drinking a whole bottle is definitely a bad idea.

It's generic hycodan 5mg hydrocodone to 1.5mg homatropine. i was considering taking about what i had been taking of the tussionex (about 20ml). Also does anyone know good (safe) ways to pontentiate the hydrocodone?

Just because it works for you doesn't mean you should be recommending that. That is awful HR advice. Don't mix two very potent CNS depressants as a way to potentiate your hydro. Try some tagament (600mg) or White GFJ.
 
nice bump on an old thread.

second, there's 0 HR value to your post. i could see if you suggested just 1 bar when he said he was gonna take 2 or 3 but he didnt even say anything about xanax so IMO there's no need to suggest that.
