Opioids new to insufflating - first nosebleed

I've been insufflating my oxy just for the past 3 days. I also insufflated 2x 30mg codeine phosphate pills (I know there's little point as the codiene needs to by-pass the liver to be converted to morphine, but I'm new to snorting and was a bit childish and wanted to try it out on codeine too) and shortly afterwards, my nose started bleeding.

Have I done damage ALREADY, or is it probably just the codeine grains were a little too course and cut a little?

I know it's probably nothing, but a bleeding orifice is always alarming.

My mum should have some for her contact lenses. Do I just squirt a little up each nostril and then sort of inhale as though I'm snorting it?

you didnt seriously fuck up your nose, but dude, stop snorting random shit..... oxy is fun to snort now and then, but most of the time i take it orally as the BA for oral is 80-90% and intranasal BA is like 55% ..

and then you snort codeine??? LOL atleast you know that was dumb, but cmon man, snorting shit isnt really going to get you that higher than swallowing something would. they are PILLS, they are meant to be SWALLOWED lol.

Haha...I was a little stoned and bored and...well stoned people have done stupider shit
I usually just swallow my oxycodone (or chew if OxyContin) but I insufflate when I'm withdrawing just because it's quicker.
I learned my lesson, though.

good to hear man!!! just swallow the oxy's dude, especially if you get the OPs that shit is unbreakable. i usually just swallow/IV my oxy, but sometimes i take a little bump. I heard that OCs are fun to snort though they got discontinued but do not worry my friend, the OCs are coming back on the market!! stay safe and dont drive under the influence!
