Well first of all the methadone you are taking will require a higher dose of heroin or any opaites to feel the full effects..This being said try snorting a small line of heroin first and wait about 15+ mintutes,if you are not high then snort more and wait...The difference between snorting and shotting are that injecting(shooting) gives you the whole dose of heroin you put into the spoon and in your syringe into your bloodstream at one time,making Overdose much more likely if you do not know what you are doing..snorting takes more time for the heroin to kick in and does not have the intense euphoric pleasure that injecting does,smoking heroin is a good way depending on the heroin, and it hits you rather quickly ,not as quickly as injection,but you can dose safely smoking heroin as you feel its effects very soon,and know whether or not to smoke more or not..Once you inject heroin,if it is too large a dose then you can OD and die,so do not use needles ay least until you know what you are doing...What type of heroin is available there? White powder heroin hcl,water soluble and a fine powder normally white or off-white? or is #3 heroin base the more availble heroin..#3 does not easily dissolve in water ,made to be smoked mainly,takes a bit of acid from a lime or vinegar to break down #3 for injection...BE CAreful!!!
