Man you picked a fucked place to find DOC.Man with those people there its PCP,called dippers and little other shit. Thats why I don't live there anymore. The place is changing because more whites are coming into the area. I want to introduce THC in its amorphous form in D.C. but the brothers can't and won't spend like the white people there might.Crack and PCP in that place.
