Figured I would say hi to everyone, I'm excited to start reading threads. I was sober for like 90 days and thought I could do it again for a few days, its like I went back to square 1. I feel like crap but I know if i continue it will only get worse. Now I know that I don't care to go back again.

Relapse isn't defeat if you don't let it, man. You've got what's in you to keep your head up while you attack this shit full-force and concentrate on what really makes you happy.

90 days sober, even after a relapse, is still 90 days sober, and one fucking huge accomplishment. We all slip up, man. And we learn and move on. It's an ongoing process, the important thing is to keep walking forward.
