new to Bluelight!!

Hi, I am on 100 mcg of fentanyl, 8mg Dilaudid for breakthrough pain. I sometimes cut one in half, use gel as buccal. I am 100lbs. and never had adverse effects.Of course it is crucial to note I have been on high doses of narcotics for 20 yrs.Never used needles as they are not appealing to me. I am having a harder and harder time controlling pain...any ideas? I live in a state where Marijuana is legal...high hopes! Past meds include Roxy liquid, morphine IR and SR, methadone(2 weeks...really nauseating)...and others. Anxious for a word of advice.mommy.fent

Welcome to Bl. I am new here but not new to chronic pain. I was once on fent. also and my pain just kept getting worse. It took awhile but now I am just on buprenorphine. Good luck and enjoy the site it is a wonderful tool.
