New to bluelight. Help with Mehtadone and Oxycodone Question

Hello all. I'm new here and wanted to get some info for my friend. My friend has been back on opiates for about a month, taking roughly 30-90mg of oxycodone a day depending. He ran out and took methadone for the first time in 2 years. He took 15mg 50 hours ago and 20mg 30 hours ago. Then he got his hands on some Oxycodone and took 90mg 8 hours ago. He has been dizzy and light headed the past four hours. He has thrown up about 5-6 times and can't keep anything down. He has never reacted this way before. Should he be very concerned? Thank you for your help. He read some info online which basically said that there is a strong possibility of OD with the amount he took:

15mg Methadone 50 hours ago
20mg Methadone 30 hours ago
90mg Oxycodone 8 hours ago.
