New to bluelight and seeking answers for a few things.

Hi I'm Kaylee. I'm new. I found this site by Google. using search results and this site popped up.

I was wanting to know a few things. like how to edit my profile on here. I don't know how or where it says to edit it.

Another thing is I'm a ice user (meth) and I been doing it on and off since last October. but been doing it quite frequently recently. everything has been fine until last Thursday night. at work I had snorted a little bit. and all of a sudden the back of my throat the left side of it started hurting at first. then Friday it gets worse. both sides started to hurt to where I could bearly open my mouth to yawn or even swallow. Then I started noticing my tongue getting little bumps on the sides n on the tip. they would hurt as well. But today ive noticed something else too. you know where the Adams apple is in your throat? well mine on the sides of it is starting to bug me. I guess its soar or something. but it don't really hurt. its that irritating pain that you know something is there. so my question is could this be the symptoms of being dope sick? or could I just be coming down with something? I have to know. because its starting to bother me and I'm tired of freaking out about it. thinking the worse outcome. I actually have had the bumps on my tongue before. but this whole throat thing is the first I've experienced with using ice and I'm quite concerned. So I figured I would ask you guys if y'all know what this could possibly be.

It would be almost impossible to provide a precise 'diagnosis' regarding your issues even if we were physicians, which I am most definitely not. Whether or not these symptoms are as a result of your speed use, or due to the discontinuation of the same will be difficult for you to discern unless you can stand to take at least a moderate break from it. Regardless, it really is worth seeing a doctor about this as serious swelling of your tongue, mouth or throat could potentially lead to obstruction of your airway if it gets out of hand. I hope that you get this looked into soon and that some other members help shine some light on the potential cause, especially if they have witnessed / experienced similar.
 
Thank you for your reply. yeah I think I'm going to take a break from it. I have been off of ice for a couple of days and my throat is getting better. and my friend who was doing it with me experienced the same thing as well. so I'm just gone quit for a while so it doesn't cause any damage or anything. but thank you for your input on it I really appreciate it allot.
 
Ok, your first question was never answered. That was the whole reason why I clicked on this thread lol. I mean that sucks about your throat & Ive had the bumps on my tongue before. I think it's from too much salt that I ate the day before.....but anyway will someone please tell me how to edit my profile? Thanks :-)
