Sorry for bumping this, but has anyone tried 5-IAI yet, apparently real stuff arrived in Europe, I have a couple of grams coming in next week, from a very reliable non-UK source, but I really don't know how to approach this as I keep on reading contrasting reports.
So any inputs?

Dose taken? I plan on taking it orally, obviously as it's the only sensible ROA with a new compound, but really don't know how much to take after I do the allergy test.
Any suggestions? What about side effects, heart rate, blood pressure, insomnia?
How long did it last? Will I look normal on it or will I have obvious pupil dilation and jaw clenching?

I took 400mg, started with 200 but quickly added all the rest, i suggest to start with 400 as lower doses dont do much.
No big effects on my heartrate and stuff, bp dunno didnt measure it, no insomnia, its actually pretty sedating, i was lying on the cough for most of the time, then i added in some lines of ket, low dose of 2CD (not psychedelic) and some GBL, absolute bliss, but it needed more stimulation, so wish i had amp back then.
It lasted around 6 hours.
Tbh if you have acces to mdma, go for that, its a good combo drug tough.

Thanks for the reply again ma, really appreciated, I'll do an allergy test then bomb 400 mgs.
I will try it alone then eventually a few days later I could add some 4-FA to add euphoria and stimulation, or maybe some 4-HO-MET to add some trippyness.

DMC of has the 95% of the DAT potential that coke does^^
MDAT should be brown/white big crystals. as for sertraline that would be MMAI and the release of stress-induced depression.
supposed dose is 200mg dose oral ROA. I should be getting a shipment of double strength 5-IAI next week so I'll report back of that.
Anyone had any experiences with specially bonded RC e.g. mdai & 5-iai?

I think I will try 200 mgs just to be on the safe side but will have another 200 already weighted and capped nearby just in case.

No it might have 95 percent of cocaine's affinity for the DAT, but that doesn't automatically translate in 95 percent the effect as some also stop/reduce the release of dopamine via the VMAT as well as the reuptake. For a drug to have abusr potential, it has to be one way traffic only ie inhibition of reuptake only

6-APB is apparently good, and 5-IAI at least on paper had potential, I'd rather spend my money trying new exciting chemicals than wasting it on weed, that would just make sit on my ass, order pizza and watch the old same episodes of Family Guy over and over.
I'd never even consider buying a NRG2/Eric1/Ivory Wave/ or whatever else branded product, but legitimate chemicals with a CAS number are a good thing to spend my money on, even if they don't live up to the expectations.
I can't cook myself those RCs so I have to buy them from people who can, for me spending even a cent on weed is an extreme waste, it's easy and fun to grow it and unless you're really incompetent you'll get a product that's much nicer than what you'll get off a dealer.
Not trying to sound like a dick btw that's just how I express myself.

only i like high grade hash which i can't produce myself,
and CAS numbered chems are good but there's never a guarantee that what you're paying for is what you get.

Hash is another thing, when the other guy mentioned weed I instinctively thought of average skunk, which you can make easily at home with a very small investment of time and money.
Manali/charas are worth every penny spent.
Other cathinones
While meph seems very difficult to get hold of I was wondering if any of the less popular cathinones are worth researching?
In particular buphedrone and ethcathinone. Anyone tried these and if so how do they compare with the more popular varieties (meph, M1, PV)?

I only tried meph, methylone, butylone, flephedrone, m-butylone and mdpv(is that a proper cathinone?).
Never tried the ones you mentioned though so I can't really help.
Cathinones are quite rough though, to be honest apart from MDPV, which is my favourite by far, the others seem harsh on the body, every time I did them I felt like I was doing some damage to myself.

Butylone is a weird one, once I took a gram just snorted in small bumps all night long while having a few beers and watching porn, and absolutely loved it, it was very coke-like and enjoyable.
All the other times I took it I hated it though, made the mistake of buying a few grams and bombing it I felt horrible, like 36 hours, no sleep, heart racing, paranoia, you know the lot, sometimes it feels like speed, some others it just feels toxic.
To be honest you really didn't miss anything special.
