why would something be brown because it was base?
this thread makes me facepalm a lot, wtf has happened
 
A vendor claimed the freebase would be darker and have a stronger odour, that may have been where the person was getting their info from?

I thought it was just a shitty synth.
 
Sure I read recently that the brown colour is just from lazy labs not washing their product properly - rushed out for mass consumption rather than done with a lil more finesse. Think that same thing I recently read also said you can clean it up pretty easily yourself if you so wish (acetone wash maybe? don't recall). Was probably in the last few pages of the PD MDAI thread somewhere. Unless I imagined it. Or it was in a different thread. Any of these things are possibilities.
 
In a way us consumers of these chemicals are at the mercy of the chemist and the suppliers/vendors.

If the chemist makes a shitty poor synth the expectation that has been mounting for so long from the vendors and punters while they wait (5-IAI) means that they all snap it up anyway.

The 2 different aMT samples I tried did not live upto expectations and I was told this was due to a poor synth, difficult to know unless testing is done I suppose.
What they palm off as MDAI seems to come in many shapes and forms.

Unless you personally know the source like Captain Birdseye it's a game of Roulette.

Yeah but this is the same theory people come out with when they have a poor LSD trip - "It had strychnine in it.." or "It must have been iso-lsd". It's bollocks really - psychedelics have a massive range of effects even if they're pure. I've had poor trips and great trips from the same batch of mushrooms. It depends on how well you slept, whether the sun is shining, what mood you're in.

GIven the way MDAI is synthesized I would be concerned about palladium and other heavy metal residues in something as ugly looking as that.
The synthesis has not involved distillation of the freebase, which gives pure white hydrochloride salt. or if it did then the chemists fuk up. MDAI has been around for a long long time and all the material from the late 90's was white.

There is also the issue of certificates of analysis from chinese sources, they are next to worthless, do not believe 99% or whatever because almost every time this has been independently looked at it has turned out to be a lie.
 
What would anyone with experience of AMT recommed as a decent low dose of it? 15mg?

Hopefully obtaining some very soon and am eager to try it but not so eager about these 18/20hour+ experiences I've heard about.

I'd be happier keeping it under 10 hours really but not dose too far under the bar either.
 
Well, mate said he tried MDAI the other day. The brown powder stuff. Said it was a decent buzz but nothing like the euphoria he wanted and not really a sesh type drug.
