New Oxycontin OP formula

Just a quick question about the new Oxycontin Op 40's...

I got a few OP 40's but they are dam annoying. I know there is a new formula for these Oxy's and are supposed to be tamper proof. When I first got them I hit in with a hammer expecting to be able to snort it and it turned into a pancake...lol. So I have just been swallowing them.

Does anyone know of a way to bypass this rubber like formula so they are suitable for snorting? I was searching around and saw something about 'crisping' the pill. I don't want to try some random thing and ruin a pill since I don't have many of them.

If anyone has any experience with this or has bypassed this please reply!

Sorry I don't have much time for an in-depth answer right now but I read somewhere about dissolving them in an acidic solution overnight and then drinking it. I think people mainly use lemon juice or something similar.
 
^yeah. cut it up and leave in lime juice overnight. but you are not gonna want to snort that. i do not think there is any practical way to get the OPs into a snortable form. especially considering how negligible the difference between oral and intranasal oxy is. like you said, they will not even crush. no great reason to put oxycodone in the microwave when there is an easy way to swallow it.
 
I believe you can defeat the new OP formulation in the same method as preparing ER opana for IV injection.
 
Thanks everyone...got my batch today and i'm gonna try the lime juice 'extraction'. I'll let you know how it goes.
 
you can try to soak it in lemon juice or even coca cola... Soak them overnight, they will expand like triple size and it will be a nasty solution to drink... They will be gummy like, you can chew them up and swallow them with the coke/lemon juice...
