I wanted to start a new thread to talk about modern mkultra techniques.
I found a thread here last night discusiing possible modes of technology used on people experiencing phenomena commonly called the targeted individual program with fantastic information, very well thought out and very well explained. That thread is from 2018.
Modern mind control techniques appear to use rf based technologies and have the capabilities of entraining the human brain into specific brainwave states like alpha and theta. From there ericksonian hypnosis and nlp are used to achieve a hypnotoc state on the target. What happens from there can be any number of things.
I figure this is a good place to start the conversation, i look forward to any and all serious replies
 
The techniques used in MK Ultra were extremely inhumane and torturous. It was our government’s research on mind control. The CIA was stockpiling LSD and using it in experiments on unsuspecting individuals to cause psychological demolition. Their hopes were to destroy the individuals personalities and shatter their conscience. But it usually just resulted in seizures, respiratory failure and dangerous hypothermia. They used torture and conditioning techniques. They injected people that were tied down with barbiturates and amphetamines at the same time to observe the nervous system’s reaction to conflicting stimuli. They would cause a patient to suffer severe sensory deprivation by Isolating them for days to break their grip on reality. They used psychic driving.

They targeted people who could not fight back…focusing on vulnerable and marginalized populations. They eventually started targeting children as young as six to ten years old. I’m not even discussing what they done to those poor children.

This all was extremely inhumane and unethical. Discgusting

Thread 'Would Remote Mind Control Be Possible With Current Technology?'

I'm somewhat of a skeptic on this conspiracy theory, but I have often wondered if it would be possible. There are people who call themselves "targeted individuals" and claim that the government is using HAARP and/or other high tech installations to beam mind control signals into their brain. In other words to change their emotional state using electromagnetic frequencies. I find their claims rather chilling and sometimes wonder if they are on to something, as some of them honestly don't strike me as crazy but merely experiencing something that most don't. However, do their claims violate...
