Hi I'm from Nimbin Australia ??. I have been a poly user since 14. I am currently on methadone 55mls diazepam 7.5 bromazapan 3 and I have been stable for a year and I have just started reducing everything. Was on 90mls done and 15 diazepam 12 bromazapan. I'm reducing 5ml per week and just had to stop after getting mild withdrawals and I will wait a few more days until I stabilised. I have just separated from a toxic 15year marriage and am homeless. I have been coping well with everything and I even quit smoking cigarettes on January 1st. Really happy and just want some support from people who are going through their own personal journey.

I have moved to Queensland from nsw and the methadone program here has a no benzo rule. My doctor has taken me off 15 ml Valium and 6 ml Bromazepam and replaced it with 25 ml Seroquel. Does anyone know if I will get sick or anything about this. Thanks ?
