Originally from Chicago but lived in Florida for over 12 years. Started working in a bar when I was 13 and started drinking when I was 14. Was introduced to weed and quickly started dealing at a local college. Moved up to pills, hydrocodone being my favorite. I dabbled in other substances but daily smoked weed, drank and took pills. My parents brought me to South West Florida Addiction Services when I was 15 where I was assigned 6 months of group therapy but only attended the first few sessions. I became severely depressed during high school and overdosed on painkillers two times. I quit everything besides drinking and smoking weed on special occasions for over two years for personal reasons. Now I will do almost anything that doesn't not involve a needle, though my days of addiction are far behind me. I drink almost everyday, do uppers whenever available, especially amphetamines and when I can afford cocaine, I still only smoke weed on special occasions as I do not find it to be a social substance, I will take downers such as zolpidem and alprazolam but they are not my first choice, I still enjoy opioids but only on rare occasions because I enjoy them too much. I specialize in psychedelics, I am an amateur mycologist and currently grow five strains of mushroom.
After years of experience I am a firm believer that every substance can either be a medicine or a poison and life is about moderation in all things. Living in America as a Libertarian I think that the drug laws are more detrimental than beneficial. I do not suggest or support drug use, I do not think that drugs are for everyone and not every substance is for everyone. I believe that in and of themselves substances do not have positive nor negative effects on people, it depends entirely on who you are and how you choose to react to experiences.
I have chosen to join this site to share whatever knowledge I have from my varied experiences and to learn as much as I may from other's experiences.
Thank you for accepting me into this community, I hope to be both educational and educated.
