Just wanted to intro myself..new here so may take a minute to Iearn how to navigate thru the diff. forums. Have personally been on prescription pain killers for 10 yes now. I have 7 herniated discs in my T and L spine..nerve root compression and have permanent damage to several vertebrae in my spine along with other..too long to list spinal problems also.. Sure it will be a pleasure getting to know some of you guys and I hope I can help others with questions.. Just as I am sure you guys will be happy to answer any questions I have..k thanks and glad to be a member!
