I've enjoyed reading your threads for some time and have decided to join and possibly toss my two cents in from time to time. I am an opiate addict mainly iv heroin on and off for the past 18yrs. I live in Richmond Va. And the heroin here is plentiful and all powder/rock #4 heroin no tar. With the price relatively cheap compared to other places I've researched.
