Figured i better get this done so here goes.
Currently in Afghanistan outside the wire
Age: 43 (Old as Fuck)
Workout: I workout 6 times a week to build back what i used to have.No body builder here by no means. Been working out for the last 2 years, Cardio around 2.5 miles a day at a moderate pace. Job is basically 24/7 365 with a few vacation of 2 weeks thrown in.
Diet: Its hard here in the stand to get quality foods other than chicken, lol. Diet has gotten a lot better in the last 2 years though
Weight: 215 and dropping
Height: 5'8
BF%: TOO HIGH
Gear: I am on Low T gel as of now, no plans to go any deeper down the rabbit hole but if i decide to then i would definitely look for guidance.
