Hi I'm new, I have tons of tramadol and love it, unfortunately I can't get other drugs, what should I use to enhance tramadol? Any good Otc mixes? I just love that warm cozy relaxing feeling, anything else u guys know about that could have similar effects?

Im not sure how you ingest your tramadol, but staggering doses can make a world of difference. I take 75mg at first and then up it by 50mg every hour until i get to 300mg and then once the stimulating part has passed, i lay down and nod out amazingly. You can also try OTC antihistamine like doxylamine succinate or diphenhydramine.
Lyrica or gabapentin are prescription things that will amplify the effects as well.
