New Member got some bloodwork and need some advice

Guido question on SERM's, if they affect e2 levels is that the point of the nolva? Just to let my body ride out? I seem to have a higher rate of aromatization..I will run standard pct with nolva and clomid, should I throw in torem too?

The active ingredient in preparations like nolvadex is tamoxifen [structure shown here]. Nolvadex is a SERM: a compound that is capable of attaching itself to the receptor for the female sex hormone estradiol. What’s more, nolvadex is an anti-oestrogen. The compound forces estradiol off its receptor, thereby preventing estradiol from doing its work. Nolvadex then sits in the estradiol receptor a bit like a key that has broken off in a lock. No other key can be put in the lock, but the door won’t open either. Athletes use nolvadex to counter the side effects of oestrogens, which are produced when testosterone is converted into estradiol. Nolvadex is also used after taking a course of steroids to boost the body’s own testosterone production.

You can't beat Clomid and Nolvadex for PCT.

Don't use Toremifene Citrate. There still isn't enough data and studies done on male subjects regarding it's short term and long term effects.
 
Ok I had a friend who had enough nolva and I already have enough clomid I am starting tonight. How soon will I see the difference in my libido? Also what are the chances of my girl getting prego? I hear its very common with this pct...

I can't say for sure since everyone is different. Maybe a week or two? There is always a chance of getting your girl pregnant, even if you have been using steroids for long periods of time. Always make sure she is using some form of birth control (pill, IUD, films, etc...) or you are using a condom.

Questions about the nolva. Since it binds to receptors does it prevent the chance of rebound?
 
Yes. That's what the Nolvadex is actually for, it's used to prevent "rebound" gynomastia from elevated estrogen levels after a steroid cycle.

The Clomid will stimulate the testes to produce Testosterone and the Nolvadex will help prevent nipple soreness, discharge, and development of fatty male breast tissue. Both will restore hormone balance to your body in weeks instead of months, resulting in your libido and energy levels returning to normal and ensure you don't suffer any adverse side effects. This combo allows one to rapidly bounce back to normal after a steroid cycle and keep a large percentage of muscle and strength.
 
Ok I hope...i've tried everything else that people have recommended and nothing has helped. I hope this does, I don't see how one cycle of test can mess me up this bad :/...just got some more cialis to help with some of the issues with staying hard...hopefully the issues resolve sooner than later...thank you for the advice and help..there are some many opinions and mixed messages
 
This should fix you up pretty well. You fucked your hormone levels up by not running a proper PCT, and then fucked them up further by running an AI alone.

Steroids can really do a number on the body if you use them improperly or don't follow up with proper PCT.
 
4 days of 40mg nolva and 100mg clomid...not really feeling any different as of yet...nips get itchy every now and then but nothing major. I havent been in the mood to do anything I go to the gym barely push weight get a very small pump..don't feel like eating either....blah
 
today is day 8..still no difference...I am very emotional...still no libido some erection issues....hopefully this clears up over the next few days

Stick with it M8'... any compound that whacks estrogen like clomid may give you emotional issues.. E2 ratios can have adverse effects on serotonin levels, and hence depression.... It'll right itself eventually... Have faith..!!
 
Thanks..I'm hanging in just gunna post updates every so often...im sure after this next week and i cut the doses in half i'll start to see and feel a difference :)
 
Today is last dose of 100mg clomid and 40 nolva...libido has gone back up...erection issues much better...not as emotional seem to be more stable. I'm a very casual laid back guy so for me to get mood swings was very very concerning, but im good :)..seems for me no AI is the way to go for a PCT and clomid + nolva is the way to go...
 
Glad to hear things are looking up for you. Please continue updating afterwards so we can see how you're improving, maybe get some blood tests done and post the results for us (if financially able to).
 
TOday is day 4 of 20mg nolva and 50mg clomid....libido down some erection issues...waking up with wood and semi-horny but nothing where I would really want to bang someone out..I wonder how much of it is in my head or is there a possibility my SHBG is high?

There might be a short rebound from dropping, those doses were high IMO..
SHBG is an important transport protein, it retards the passage of small hormone molecules through the filtering mechanism in the kidneys, thus slowing the rate of hormone loss in urine, it provides a ready reserve of hormone already present in the bloodstream. In general 0.1-10% of the molecules of a lipid soluble hormone are not bound to transport protein (about 2% for Test, unsure what it is for E2). This free fraction diffuses out of capillaries, binds to receptors, and triggers responses. As free hormone molecules leave the blood and bind to their receptors, transport proteins release new ones to replenish the free fraction..
So you see SHBG isn't a bad thing, its a necessity, you could test just to be sure...

Personally I'd wait and let things stabilise...
 
Just curious as to what if my body never really recovers? WHat if I still have E2 issues low t? No sex drive etc...has anyone known anyone to not recover?

Your panicking.. lol I'm sure everything will stabilise over time, if it doesn't you can do what I, and many other people have done for the last 32 years and inject the stuff, use Adex if you need it to manage any E2 issues from aromatisation (if there is any) and live a much better life for it....

Dependant on where you live you might even get it for free....
 
I live in a state of panic lately lol.....i'm doing pretty good libido has gotten slightly better not great but better. I have one week left...I hear that SERM's need a taper or it has a chance to cause shutdown is this correct? How long after my pct should I get a set of bloods? I was thinking of blast and cruising if things don't pan out...I currently have some test and mast prop right now but gunna wait a while :)
