Just wanted to post this as I'm a newbie to bluelight. I have visited this site many times but have never registered or tried to post anything on here until now. I am certainly not new to the world of drugs, I have been getting high for over 20 years. My drug of choice is any opoid including Heroin. I started shooting morphine and dilaudid a few years before Oxy-Contin came out. Then my neighbor came by and told me she had been prescribed something new called OxyContin. I bought a 40 mg. oxy from her for $3. Those were the days. Now I mostly just do dope (heroin) and occasionly some coke or benzo's. Also smoke some weed if it's top shelf. Hope I can give some of you some good advice and I know I'll get some. I am at the point that I need to get and stay clean but that's a life long issue. I posted a thread called " Bad reaction from opiates/opiods! " which explains a lot of what I've been going through. Just wanted to introduce myself and tell everyone to please be careful especially if you IV any drug. I have lost a lot of friends from overdoses, 3 in the last year! So use wisely fellow users.

Merry meet to you, glad we are friends!! Those were the days, man.. I remember those days.. I have also lost a lot of friends in the past 3 years.. Caused me to get clean for 8 months, but unfortunately, I am about to slip again.. Ya know, some people (mainly my family) get really upset when I say Im a junkie.. Or that I have a "junkie mentality"... Look, once you have snorted something, or IVed something, after you know that feeling, its always calling you.. Literally, calling for you.. Even in your sleep... Smh..... It truly is a life long battle... I call opiates the "Devil"... LOLOL P.M. if you wanna talk....8(

I am extremely sorry to hear that you have lost so many friends.

I recommend you look at Other Drugs. It is a good sub-forum - and the recovery forums.
Hold on, I've re-read your post and noticed that you've already created a thread so I apologise if you have already become familiar with those sub-forums I've mentioned.
