new member and fentanyl question

Hello, I am a new member here and as you can tell from my username, have lots of issues with my back....I am in pain management and currently taking upto 60mg of Oxycodone and 2 ea. 30mg MS Contin Morphine per day....anyway, I was just given access to over 200 vials of Fentanyl 100 microgram injectable solution...it is in a 2ml solution with 50 microgram per ml....what is the best way to use this considering my tolerance for opiates? it is suitable for IV or IM...I also have 100 injectable 10mg Morphine solution vials as well...any helpful answers would be great.

Be careful.. fetanyl is VERY STRONG and 60mg of oxy is nothing.. thats very little tolerence so be careful buddy
 
Thanks of the reply...started with 100 micrograms IM this morning....seemed to take pain away for 4 hours....Don't think I will go any higher than that. all of the research I have done on fentanyl is not good....However, I know there are a lot of recreational members here, I am strictly pain management...(for now) but the fentanyl kind of fell in to my lap so to speak.. and it was free, so I will continue with current 100 micrograms 2X daily until tolerance dictates any more, I have read that 250 to 300 micrograms is for anesthesia???? NOT what I am looking for....so thanks again for the reply, and I WILL and am being careful...

Yea the only reason i would stay away is because it might make your tolerance skyrocket as well. But hey since you said it fell on ur lap i would try it too. Why not. Glad ur smart and doing ur research and not just sticking it in ur mouth like others
