I've used IV Dilaudid daily since I was 14 im almost 21 now so I've got a dependency I always keep subs just incase I can't find Dilaudid but I usually wait 24 hours after my last dose of Dilaudid to do the Suboxone but I've been up way to long and am hurting way to bad. It's been 11 hours since my last dose and it was less then 2mg.. I didn't want to do the Suboxone till I got some advice ha didn't want to make things worse!

And it's been a wild ride But I think I'll stick to the pain meds lol I'd rather nod off then tweak this long again! Thanks for the response!

I did it and it helped a lot! I forgot to mention I usually take atleast 20mg of Dilaudid a day and today I had less then 2 mg. but the Suboxone worked and made me feel much better. And now no more Dilaudid for me strictly strips
