new ketones based alcohol, no ethanol, is this for real!?

Yes, pyeyzolam is legal in the USA. As I may have said, 25-30mg produces a level of 'drunk' equating to about 1 bottle of vodka. But the problem is that 15mg doesn't do ANYTHING. So it's a useful tool and it meant I was able to find WHY alcohol is euphoric but it also brought out the fact that alcohol binds at 2 other GABA receptor subtypes - and making 1 compound that will bind to all 3 in an appropriate ratio is tough.

It's been done using 2, but it's getting it down to just 1 that is the stumbling-block.

i cant find it. legal by that you mean having to shop direct from laboratories with documents?
 
anyway i just received my ketone drinks.
i chugged 2 of them, left the other one for later as i got too intoxicated, i think? not sure. i took em with kratom so i guess its the kratom making me confused actually. to be honest, they have to be the most clear minded intoxication i have ever had, minus if i didnt take the stupid kratom.

so, two negatives;
1) super super nasty bitter taste that made me wanna throw up
2) super bitter price as you can see

positives;
1) clear mind intoxication something ive never had before its strange
2) no ethanol, it doesnt make you actually drunk and can save you a DUI if you just go to party drinking this


overall, i highly recommend EVERYONE TRIES IT ONCE. i bet many of you will love the effects, but im sure ALL OF YOU will hate the taste! dont be pussies tho, and chug it!
my future with this is; fix the damn taste somehow, and most importantly, FIX THE PRICE. its incredibly EXPENSIVE. i can just chug it on X 2 cans its fine, ill make it. but over time the price is just too much! what gives??
 
i have an update. since i have an alcohol problem, the ketones didnt make me not wanna drink. so i had some wine. i gotta say, this is bad suggestion to all the junkies out there, but the euphoria is real. its like when you masturbate and you are about to cum kind of shit. but i cant quite hit the climax, yet. maybe by adding something extra? oh i believe its the kratom mixture probably. anyway, i dont recommend this, but ketone and ethanol work like peanut butter & jelly ;)
 
update; i just continued to drink and was really hungry so i had chicken wings and i think i overate, plus the alcohol extra didnt help so i went into depression again.

im gonna trial this again when off alcohol, kratom and try not to eat as much.
 
As far as I am aware, 100% of the pyeyzolam EVER created (circa 50g) was produced by a specialist chemical company in Europe. I think a few Chinese labs CLAIMED to offer it, but it's synthesis is a lot more involved than it seems. One has to make it via the Suzuki coupling of the 2-Br moiety of (2-amino-5-bromophenyl)(pyridin-2-yl)methanone.

The solvent system proved to be vital in the amide-->thioamide step. I think it took 17 attempts!

I GUESS anyone who makes pyrazolam the HARD way could make it (the easy way is just 2 steps from bromazepam).
 
Always interested in new substances. This sounds nice but we had a few alcohol 'replacement' including one from Dr.Nutt which had been tested and discarded as inactive or not worth it. In past I briefly dabbled with 2M2B but all I remember is its minty taste. Might have been dosed too carefully, I'd say it has some potential but good luck trying to get something like a new recreational substance past regulation authorities. Almost all recreationally used substances are safer than alcohol in one or another way but no chance getting them legalized. They won't be able to sell anything which works on legal markets. Even in the Netherlands they have to sell RCs either as not for human consumption or in room odorizers etc.

Interesting to hear that this one seems to work @allone! Is it for sure 1,3-butanediol?

Besides that, I'd love to see pagoclone (imo better than benzos, it's non-sedating and clean but not weak) available legally, for example and some empathogens, they certainly make partying safer by avoiding drunken idiots beating you up. And something better than coffee. So often I drink some coffee because it's the only legal stim around and hate the side effects of it.
 
The one I designed (and is now patented AFAIK) was sold to Dr. Nutt. But, as I said, pyeyzolam is good at emulating 'drunk' but not at emulating 2 glasses of wine. That problem has now been solved but the solution has NOT been sold. It's important when producing an alcohol mimic for it to mimic all levels and so it took quite some time just to get it down to 2 compounds... getting it down to 1 is the key.
 
whats RCs? can someone recommend me some other compound to try as alcohol substitute please? i mean, with some availability of course. i was looking for peyezolam, nowhere to be found ever at all!
 
Many other alcohols - tert amyl alcohol being the most obvious example, are used as ethanol alternatives. In fact, most alcohols with 2-6 carbons are active BUT tert butyl and tert amyl are the best option because the body cannot oxidise them so they don't turn into toxic metabolites.

I mean, people drink isopropanol for fun - but these people end up sweating ACETONE so not so healthy. Maybe chloral hydrate is also similar to ethanol, but I don't know. Clomethiazole IS much like ethanol, but good luck getting it!
 
i tried some simpler alcohols years ago. n-propanol was the only viable option, a bit less potent then ethanol. then there was n-pentanol as isopropanol and a methylated butanol analog all almost without activity.
 
The tert alcohols that prevent the body oxidisation are best. I mean, term-butanol is the most fragrant solvent known to man. Lovely to work with, especially when one is used to DMF AN or any of that stuff.

OK a bit limited as a solvent being protonic, but lovely smelling distillations. I don't think I've ever got drunk from it, but it does weave a spell.

As far as science goes, an 8-ethylnyl triazolo benzodiazepine is the most active. The triazolo KEY to preventing a1 affinity - we did studies with a1 ligands and it makes people nasty (and then fall asleep).
 
i tried the folowing without much success:

3-methylbutan-1-ol
2-Methyl-2-Butanol
n-Propanol
Isobutanol
n-Propanol
n-Pentanol
 
They should just sell GHB based drinks, diluted enough that one won't hit the anesthetic dosage range too fast. Guess it wouldn't be that much more addictive as alcohol is and cold turkeying that can also kill.

kava kava + muscimol (amanita muscaria) extract is hands down the best ethanol replacement i have found. mix some extracts in w sparkle water and interesting base, fantastic cocktail.

uh hell no. ive tried kava kava so many damn times. it just doesnt do anything. i think only times it worked was when i mixed it with alcohol which defeats its purpose. never done muscimol but i read bad reports so im skeptical.

im really interested in those research compounds that are legal in US. BUT nobody tells me how are they legal if i cannot find them anywhere!!

kava is used in this case to increase the binding affinity of muscimol, which is one of the only true GABA-A agonists around. most everything else is a PAM. kavain increases the GABA binding by 358%! which absolutely kicks the muscimol experience up a notch or two.
amanita/muscimol itself is only tricky if you don't know what you are doing. You need to order a decarbed extract, or perform a decarboxylation on any mushroom material. It has muscimol and ibotenic acid in it. muscimol, is a GABA analogue, which we want. ibotenic acid is a glutamate analogue which we very much do not want. decarboxylation by 3h simmer at 2.7 ph converts 90+% of the ibotenic acid to muscimol. it's a bitch to do so i just order the pre-decarbed tinctures.

with a good kava tincture and a good decarbed muscimol only tincture, you get an amazing experience. you don't have to believe me, but i love it.
