New Jersey: Lawmakers Seek to Modify Regulations Surrounding MMJ

Hahahaha! Why would NJ want to fuck over the thousands of people that grow it now? NJ is
1) A large consumer of pharms. Marijuana can take the place of pharms.
2) Marijuana is highly markuped because it is illegal. Large scale producers/dealers can bribe NJ more money than if it were legal and still make a profit.
3) Low THC capped marijuana makes sure the illegal market for it survives; this is the market on which NJ thrives.

Because low quality pot is very ineffective medicinally compared to quality pot, hence less market stolen from big pharma as mentioned above.

Good thing THC is a much smaller component to pot then mainstream media cares to know.

Putting a cap on the THC percentage? Doesn't that completely defeat the definition of Medical Marijuana? I am under the impression that MMJ has a minimum THC percentage, not a max.

Also, they also want to have a max of 2 growers for all of 4 dispensaries to supply the whole state? Sounds like a monopoly or at the least a slippery slope for business as a whole.

None of this sounds logical what so ever.

Wow that Christie guy is a brain dead moron. They should really make so only medical professionals can make decisions regarding medicine.
