You don't inject in veins that have a pulse... A pulse is the arterial palpation of the heart, aka only arteries have a pulse.

There is that pulsing artery in the wrist ofc, but that aside I feel throbbing pulses all over my body, especially when I lie down. Are they literally all arterial pulses?

Exactly.

No there not. Arterys have STRONG pulses. But some big veins have a pulse too.

Veins and arteries are all connected to the heart, brain, and every other organ in your body. So when the heart pumps a tiny pulse is sent to all those veins and arteries. It's a system. It's all connected. Infact to prove my point I just got a pulse from a vein on my hand and it's DEFFINEDLY a vein. Even when I was in the ER they used it for an IV.

you could always get that silver nitrate stuff that makes veins easier to see. not sure if you can buy it from a pharmacy, im sure you could get it online though. Either give your body some time to heal (veins can be pretty resilient, as long as they are not covered in scar tissue bc that never goes away) if you lay down and kinda do a crunch, you can see a nice big vein right at your waist on the left side, ive shot there before but thats really about it besides the usual places. its asking for trouble sticking yourself in strange places, hands and feet are dangerous too.
